1. When Friction plays the top card of each Vengeance villain deck, does she start or end with her own deck?
2. When Advanced Mad Bomber Blade puts cards from his deck under his character card, do they go face-up or face-down?
When I've played Vengeance games, I've had Friction go in turn order.
For Mad Bomber Blade, it shouldn't matter -- they're just increasing his damage count.
IMO, if the order is Blade - Friction - Ermine - Train, it doesn't make much sense to start with playing Blade's card when his turn just ended, so there's still the question of whether you continue in turn order starting from Friction, or starting from the villain just downstream from Friction (Ermine in this example).

It could be very important to players' strategy to know whether, for example, any Hasten Dooms still remain in Blade's deck, or if there's a chance they'll have to discard to Consider the Price of Victory, or whether Blade might gain HP from Flesh-Repair Nannites. As widely varied as Blade's strategy is, knowing which options he's expended until his next reshuffle is a significant advantage.
It might very well fall under the current OoO ruling - its not two cards being simultaneous, but the spirit of the ruling is that if two things seem to be at the same time, players decided (various forumites will argue that line I just said one direction or another, I gaurantee it), I would say that players get to decide the order ofcards played (and also the same for Ermine's Constant Pratle)

I would agree on Baron Blade's equivalent card, but Friction's card does specify they get played in turn order. I think that means you start with the one after the environment (usually Baron Blade); I can see an argument for starting with Friction, or possibly even ending with her, but in this case it's definitely not player's choice.

When it happens, it is Friction's turn. Start with her.
If it specifies "in turn order", surely you go from the first to the last, so Blade (if he's in play), then each of the others in turn, regardless of where Friction is in the line-up?
When something is told to happen in turn order, I assume that means "proceeding from now in turn order", not "jumping from now to the start of an arbitrary round-division". Like, Atlantean Font of Power says to play the top card of each hero deck in turn order, so if Rook City Wraith puts it into play during her turn, and if we pretend it said "when this enters play" rather than "at end of environment turn", I'd assume that Wraith would be the first hero to drink from it, or possibly the last (although I agree that the first feels more logical, so I believe that's how I'll play Synergy Surge henceforth, even though it's a bit more annoying to have to remember what might be a very long chain). I'm sure there's a better example there but that's the one I can think of.
Erm, the round division isn't "arbitrary"...the round starts with the villain turn, proceeds through each hero in whatever order you've decided upon when the game starts, and ends with the environment turn. Thus, anything happening "in turn order" will start with whichever applicable deck is first in said order.
I agree with Ameena, turn order is established at the start of the game. Go by that.
In the post after this the poster is clearly confused. I don't know what will happen in the future after I post this that will cause it, but it clearly will happen. In the future. Because this post is not from the future, that would be absurd.
The post before this one is clearly even more confused than the post after it isn't...that is to say, it's completely confused, and any claims made by said post to know (or not know) anything about the future are clearly just an attempt to cause confusion, thus proving that the poster is, in fact, totally confused :D.
