Is Wrong Time and Place once per Hero Target per turn, or just once per turn?

When I read it I thought it was like Flame Barrier or Combat Stance, and that it triggered the first time each Hero Target would be dealt damage, but someone else has disagreed, and I thought it would be nice to get a ruling.

First time each turn, doesn't matter what target, just once.
