I have a question about taking off the markers in Setback's Unlucky Pool.

Say I have 1 in the pool. The card then says "Remove 2 tokens." Since I only have 1, I can't remove 2. Do I have to remove the 1? If I do remove the 1, do I still get to use the "If you did..." text that follows it?

I've personally always played it as removing what I had available. In either case, you will not activate the "If you do" text, as you wouldn't have removed the required amount.

Yeah, it's like if you have one card in hand and you have to discard two. That was confirmed during play testing.

so, to confirm, you would still have to remove the 1?

Thanks for the clarification! I had somehow thought it was the other way, which made it trickier to get the healing on one card (Plucky Break, maybe?)
