Fanatic's base power is dealing one melee damage and one radiant damage right?
But what I /the guys I play with are not sure of one thing, does this count as one attack or two seperate attacks?
Basically, if you have something that buffs the damage that heroes /attacks do (galvanize/obsidian fields) does Fanatic's base attack do 1+1+1 =3 damage, or does it do 2+2 =4 damage?

Each instance of damage is buffed individually.
Edit, for clarity: It would be (1 + 1) and (1 + 1). As has been stated in other similar threads, this is *cough* a double-edged sword, as she is easily rendered toothless with a single damage reduction, without other buffs.

Check out the Fanatic guide listed on Flamethrower's index for more cool stuff :)

I'll elaborate on a point here, it is 2 separate "packets of damage", which means that anything that affects the "next damage" (or possibly the "first damage this turn") only affects the melee portion of the 1 Melee and 1 Radiant attack.

She's also great against Omnitron's armor because of this, as long as he isn't immune to melee at the time, because not a lot of other heroes deal radiant damage, so it is easy to follow up with another attack... Actually absolution makes her even better since she can switch up her damage at-will.

Necro-ing this thread to ask two questions about Fanatic attacks since searching the forum for specific text does not work well.
1. If Fanatic is attacking a flipped La Capitan with captured cards does her base power attack only remove one card, or does the two "packets" count as separate attacks and thus would remove two cards.
2. Regarding the damage requirement for retaining Zealous Offense does inflicting 3 points of damage on a target with only 2 HP remaining qualify? Or does the "damage dealt" have to be all points that actually reduced HP? (instead of simply having the potential to do so after getting past any DR or other effect out there.)

If reduced by DR it will count as the amount of actual damage dealt. However damage dealable is never constrained by HP; you can go into negatives during a Fixed Point or the like, and you'll need to keep track of how low you go, in case you receive some healing which might take you above 0 by the time FP goes away.
I'm fairly certain that Fanatic's Exorcism should remove two cards.

1. It takes two. Omnitron's Defensive blast can take four. Multi-hits are awesome vs. her.
2. I counts as 3. You dealt three, none was reduced, so it took three. Negative HP are a real thing. I used to disagree with this, but I was wrong.
