I bought the mini-expansions, but I don't see any information about what challenge rating Miss Information is or what the complexity rating for the Scholar is....could someone help me out? Thanks.
-I have looked in the main game, the shattered timelines and infernal relics expansions (the only expansion I don't have is rook city). I also looked on the multiverse page here, no info about challenge ratings. I don't know where else to look but to ask here.

I would say that Miss Information is a solid, solid 4 (and, in my personal opinion, the most frustrating villain to play in the entire game) on a scale of 1-4. The Scholar I'm not so sure about. I would say a high two to a moderate three on a scale of 1-3.

That's been covered here. Miss Information is a 3, Scholar is a "2 to play; 3 to master. Or possibly 4.", according to Christopher.
That info shouldn't be as hard to find as it is. The official website really should be updated to show it.

I have the Scholar as a 2, but I don't know if this is official or not or where I got that info from. He's certainly not the complexity level of Argent Adept or Nightmist.
I think Miss Information's a 3, but similarly I don't know where I got that from...
[Edit] Simultaneous posting means I repeat stuff other people have said.

100% agree, she is way tougher than the chairman

I've never found Miss Information particularly tough, just... Boring. (The Dreamer, on the other hand, seems like a 4 to me.)

I find that she really takes a lot of the heroics out of the game. Whether you play/draw cards or not, you're typically just waiting for her to stop wrecking your stuff with Clues and Diversions until she finally flips. From there it's just surviving her hitting you 1-2 times on her turn and each hero when they deal damage to her on their respective turns. Yikes.

I like the Mechanics of Miss Information.
Basically the heroes are waiting for her to screw up, the more investigative (deck manipulation) you have the faster you can find her.
After that she's nasty, but she knows them so she whould be.
She also seems much easier with 3 heroes than 4, at least in the games I've played with her.

She absolutely gets easier the fewer heroes you fight her with.

We play with three heroes (though there's only two of us) and we don't generally find Miss Information too hard - I suppose it's because you need less Clue cards out before she flips. One time we fought her, I played Omni-10 and I felt as though I'd practically soloed her with all my components and stuff :D.
The villains we tend to have less luck against (apart from the obvious Mr Angry Parsons) are Rat, Matriarch, La Capitan, and Kismet. Kismet thrashed us multiple times before we were finally able to beat her once. Villains like the Chairman can be nasty, but that's more due to damage rather than destroying your stuff or stopping you doing stuff...okay, Rat is like that too, but a load of his damage is irreducible. Even Baron Blade can be a total arse sometimes - in fact, lately, it seems like he's been having more luck against us, or something - that bloody Devious Disruption, arrrgh :P.

I agree that while she's kind of tough, she's mostly just not that interesting to fight, since what she mostly does is take away your ability to do fun stuff on your turn. We've played her a couple of times, but she's definitely not one we pull out for a rip-roarin' good time on game night.

Agreed, she can be kind of boring. There's a whole lot waiting around and trying not to die too much until you can finally hit her. That said, I love her concept and think the hidden traitor idea is a great one.

Kismet is an interesting one, I've played her several times, and it's either a weak fight where the heroes are signing autographs and posing for pictures while saving hte day, or it's a murderous rampage by this goddess of carnage. She is tough with three, with four there is a rare total crushing defeat mixed in with a lot of easy wins.

If you can get your ongoing destruction out early, then you can control her without too much trouble, but if she's allowed to build up her jinxes and gets lady luck out, that can be one nasty fight.

I have a funny game with Kismet where her jinxes did nothing. Don't recall the cards but basically it stuck on the same hero the ones that made him deal 1 damage to himself and reduce damage dealt by that hero. And I like the flow Kismet has with 3 Heroes, you steal her Talisman and then pound on her. She gets her Talisman back about 1 or 2 turns before she is done, but when she does she deals a lot of damage if you haven't been destroying jinxes. Also Lady Luck preventing her destruction is fun, good times to have her Talisman in hand for that! From the solo-villains pack (Rat, Spite, IL) she has been the most fun.

I think that's the clarifier. If you have deck manipulation via The Wraith, Visionary, Omnitron-X, etc. in a three hero game then she can be a cakewalk. If you don't, then you have a huge potential of playing a very long, very painful, very dull waiting game.
