Liquid Nitrogen Rounds Questions

So Expat loads some LNR into an Assault Rifle. First hits one target, then hits NM who redirects to the same target. Assuming you can do this, how much damage reduction will the target have, 1 or 2. The card might be read as a simple yes or no question, regardless of how many times it is triggered: Did the power cause damage? Yes, -1 damage. No, nothing happens. However, you could also read it as: after each time the power is used to damage a target, reduce the damage by 1. I think I am over-analyzing it, so I am hoping someone will just say, -2, -1, or can't hit the same target.

I'm fairly certain it would be -2.

I agree with this, two LNR rounds are hitting the target after all, stack the effect.
