Hi, I'm new to Sentinels (three games and loving it).  I have a rules question involving the interaction between Interpolation Beam (IB) and Impromptu Invention (I2).  IB deals damage every time a player "draws" a hero card.  I2 first says "draw a card" (IB clearly causes damage here).  Then it says, "Search your deck for an equipment card and either put it into play or your hand."  So does this "search" trigger IB again?  In other words, is a successful "Search" considered a "Draw"?

Thanks for your help.

No, searching and putting it into play isn't drawing, so no damage for the second part.

What he said. If a card gets you to draw a card it will specifically use the word "draw". Search and reveal are different to this :).

Last night, we played Scholar, Legacy, and Ra against Super Omni, and our Scholar was asking if we could house rule that his "reveal 3, put 2 in your hand and 1 on the bottom" to count as damage so he'd have more healing available to hit Omni with :-p
