Question on The Wraith's base power

What's the official ruling here? Does it stack over time? If she keeps using her base power, does she keep amassing -1 Damage Received tokens? Or do they go away?

They keep stacking up. However, once she is deslt damage for the first time, they ALL go away regardless of the amount of damage dealt. So even a -10 damage stack would disappear if a villains deals her 1 damage.
