I'm still playing with my original edition set and the handy PDF supplied by >G and something came up with Legacy's deck.

 
The original text is
 
Ongoing, Limited
Power: Legacy deals 1 target 2 melee damage. Each hero regains 1 HP
 
 
Did it change to hero targets in EE? The PDF says it didn't change, should it have?
 
EDIT: wow, formatting is all messed up here

Yes, it was changed to each hero target now. I even double checked it to be sure.
