Rook City Errata?

So with the standard terminology set up by EE, should we assume that any Rook City card that refers to "the villain card" should now read "the villain card with the most hp"? Scum and Villainy is the card that caused me to think of this (for some reason the Ennead was trying to bust up Rook City tonight... maybe an Ancient Egyptian exhibit at the museum?) but it's far from the only one.

I think so, Dr. Tremata and Tony Taurus also have errata, they are immune to damage from hero targets, not just heroes.

That is an entirely fair assumption.
