Regaining HP

I forget the cards name, but the distortion card that says cards regain HP. If they are at full health are they still targets? 

They are still targets, however they cannot gain HP above their maximum.

Edit: looking at the card, I guess you are wondering whether they still can still count as one of the H targets with the lowest HP.  Yes, if there are H minions out at their full HP of 3, and everything else is higher, then no one's HP goes up.

I'm assuming the "fll" is supposed to be "full". Yes they are still targets, but they do not gain any health because current health cannot be higher than the maximum HP.

Edit: Bleh, I hate how it doesn't stop a post if something has been said during the time it took to make a post.
