well, phosphorescent chamber only increases damage by one, so if just those cards are in play, his power would heal him BY 2.
It also increases HP recovery by 1, so you’d gain another as well. So his base power would heal him by 3 with those cards out…
I forgot what Phosphorescent chamber did. Yes, you would hit yourself for 2 cold damage, healing for 3.
