I think I have this right but just want to verify.
The first turn that bunker plays recharge mode he draws two cards.
Every turn afterwords he draws 3 since he neither played a card or power.
Is this correct?
That’s what I’ve always done. The rules state that if you do not play or use a power, you may draw two cards. There is no stiplulation on the reasons why you did not play or use a power, so long as you didn’t skip your turn entirely. Recharge Mode allows an additional card draw, meaning three cards drawn.
Success! You’re both doing it right! Since, while in Recharge Mode, you neither play a card nor use powers, you absolutely get 3 cards per turn, excepting the turn it was played on.
