Couple of rules questions

1. when fighting Progeny does incapacitated heroes count when determining if Progeny flips?

2. Apostate gauntlets activate when target actually takes damage or whenever Apoatate deals damage?

1. If there are no active heroes with 10 or less health he will flip to his front side. 

2.  The target of Apostate's attack has to take Melee damage from Apostate for the Gauntlets to trigger their damage.

Hold on, there is an exception to the Progeny Question. If Sky-Scraper is incapped in Huge Form and uses her ability to become a 1 HP indestructible target, Progeny will not flip back regardless of anyone else being higher than 10 because she is a Hero Character card with less than 10 HP. But asides from that one case, he will flip back if all other heroes have more than 10 HP when he incaps a Hero from berserking on them.

Gee, that's actually not a bad strategy!
