Do Ambuscade's nemeses need to be destroyed to win?

Suppose two villain targets remain in the game: one of the Slaughterhouse Six, and Ermine with 1 HP. The next hero to play blasts Ermine. Do the heroes win, or do they need to finish off the Slaughterhouse Six? Amuscade’s character card incapacitated side doesn’t say that the heroes cannot win the game without finishing them off, like Omnitron and his drones.

Pretty sure incapacitating all the villain cards is all you need to do in order to win, unless a card says otherwise. So you could totally win by flipping Ambuscade last or flipping all the villains without beating the minions.
