A friend of mine had a question about the Living Weapon title card, so we wanted some clarification on this. It states that you get the title if you destroy a target using your innate power (I don't have the exact wording on me at the time). I feel like the implication here is that it is only availagble to heroes with innate powers that deal damage (Ra, Chrono Ranger, Guise, etc...). However, he was able to play a card using Prime Warden's Haka that destroyed a target. Would he have gotten the Living Weapon Title since he did USE his innate power to destroy the target? (We played continued to play it that your power needs to deal damage, but I would like confirmation on it.)

The power allowed you to play the card, not to destroy the target, no Living Weapon for PW Haka.

It would have to be a damaging innate power only to get Living Weapon. Otherwise, it would be ambigious as to who got the card if Argent Adept used one of his innate powers to allow another player to play a card or use a power which then destroyed a target.   Similarly with America's Greatest if the player he chose used a damaging power which destroyed a target.

For an example:

Sky-Scraper uses her huge base power to destroy a target, earning living weapon.

Next round she switches to tiny and uses her base power to play a compulsion canister on herself, the damage from compulsion canister would not be increased, because the card played caused the damage, the power only played the card.
