1 new post message

I don't know if anyone else gets this, but this particular thread (Sentinels of the Multiverse Rules) consistently says it has 1 or more new posts and doesn't have any new posts in it.  Even if I go into it to check and then refresh the Forums screen, it says there's 1 new post.  And yet, still nothing.

After searching through almost every page, I found this thread had something new (at least for me):
