Isis: Matron of Magic

Got a question.  I could see this both ways.  Her power is:

Matron of Magic

The first time a (green hand) or (purple ankh) card is put into the villain trash each turn, this card deals the hero with the most cards in play 2 Infernal Damage.

So if a green hand is put in the villain trash, then later same villain turn, a purple ankh is put in, does it trigger a second time?  Or has it already been fulfilled so it doesn't?

It would only trigger once.  

Thanks.  I was playing on advanced and it was tough enough as it was.  I only took out 1 and got beat.
