Infinitor: Whispers of Oblivion

The text of Infinitor' "Whispers of Oblivion" reads:

Infinitor deals each target 1 psychic damage.  If at least on target is destroyed this way, restore all manifestation cards to their maximum HP

Play the top card of the villain deck.

Does the "each target" include villian targets (e.g. Manifestations)?  That's how I read the card.

Yes it would hit any card that has HP which could be hero cards, villain cards, or environment cards.

Thanks. That card incentives me to take out a manifestation instead of wearing them down.
