Wager Master's Conditions

Should be obvious really, but can a power or card that reads "Destroy an Ongoing card" be used to flip one of WM's Ongoing Condition cards face-down?

Not sure what you're asking so I'll answer twice!

Nope. Condition cards are indestructible, so you can't destroy them at all.

Nope. While they're face down they're not Ongoings, just 'cards'.

Okay, now, if a card is both Ongoing and a Condition, can a Hero use a card/power to turn an Ongoing, Condition card Face Down so it's just a 'card', as you describe?

The only way to flip Wager Master's cards face down is to be told to flip them face down by a card in Wager Master's deck or his character card.

Just for the sake of clarity, they are still 'villain cards' when flipped right? Any card that allows you to destroy a non-specific villain card should be able to take out a face down card (formerly) condition card from my understanding.

Yep.

As long as he's on his Increassed Stakes side. Face-down villain cards are indestructible on his A Cosmic Challenge side.
