Potent Disruption reads as follows:
Destroy 1 construct card.
Captian Cosmic deals 1 target energy damage equal to the HP of the destroyed construct card plus 1.
I read this as "the current HP" of the card vs. the full HP. Is that the correct reading?
Thanks,
Ben

Current HP +1, so a full HP construct is worth 5 damage, a 1hp construct worth 2.

And a 0 hp construct (It works if you have Fixed Point in play!) is worth 1 damage, and a -1 hp construct is worth 0 damage.

Fixed point with a Dynamic Syhpon in play on AZ with Thermal Shockwave + Coolant Blast is amazing, we beat that Syphon down to something like -20 hp. Az was in some pretty harsh negatives as well, but Dawn and her citizens all went down with him. The last coolant blast was worth something like 45 damage.

Captain Cosmic would be unable to deal damage with Potent Disruption with Fixed Point in play, as it deals damage equal to the destroyed contruct's HP. It wouldn't be destroyed if Fixed Point is there.

Thanks. I played it right last time despite some argument.
