If Guise were to use Uh, Yeah, I'm that Guy! to copy Legacy while Legacy had Inspiring Presence out, would everyone gain the health from Inspiring Presence coming into play?

I would say no, because it was already in play before it copies all of the ongoing cards. Also, if that were the case, then you wouldn't be able to copy Mr. Fixer or The Naturalist, since it entering play would destroy all of their forms and styles.

Can we get a ruling on cards on another player's field that disappear before UYITG is discarded such as Scholar's Expect the Worst. Does Setback also lose the ability of the card the moment it leaves? If it does leave before UYITG is destroyed does that mean when Scholar's Expect the Worst leaves play on Scholar's turn does that mean Guise gets to heal as well?

The game text of uh, yeah is treated as the text of all ongoing cards in the selected hero's play area.  If the ongoing cards in that area change, the card is immediately updated.  When Expect the worst leaves play nothing happens to Guise, since uh, yeah was copying that text, and scholar's card had no effect for Guise.  It was scholar's card acting, not Guise's.

However, if guise was before scholar in turn order, at the start of Guide's turn the copied text would trigger, healing Guise and destroying uh, yeah I'm that guy.  Because in this instance it is the copied text on Guise's card acting.

Just a clarification, it's not Guise being before The Scholar in turn order, but Uh, Yeah, I'm That Guy! being in play before Expect the Worst (unless Fixed Point is in play of course). Guise just gets more use out of the reducing damage to 0 if Guise's turn is before The Scholar.

Thanks, I was thinking guise had to have his turn before expect went away, and stated it wrongly.
