Specifically Living Weapon. If you destroy a target with your innate power and then it still has targets to hit (such as Tempest and Skyscraper's innate powers), does the damage increase immediately or only afterwards? Likewise with any other titles that could affect things. Do you gain them the instant you qualify for them or after things finish?

Which works Amazingly (sarcasm) with "The Indiscriminate" and Rampage. After you hit the second hero target with Rampage you gain +1 damage. The best was when I played it without thinking ahead and picked up Seeker and then hit all my friends, picking up Indiscriminate part way through.
