Haka's Savage Mana vs. The Dreamer Roused From Slumber

Could someone clarify if we did this correctly?

KNYFE, Haka & The Wraith vs. The Dreamer in Megalopolis:

Haka had 5 projection cards under Savage Mana when The Dreamer flipped to the Roused from Slumber side.  Hx2 projection cards were needed under The Dreamer to win.  KNYFE destroyed one projection, and then Haka used Savage Mana to deal 1 target 10 damage.  The win condition for The Dreamer is to put destroyed projections under her card, so we put those cards destroyed by Savage Mana under her card and won.  Should the cards instead have gone to The Dreamer's trash?

Personally, I say they would go into the trash. Since cards under other cards do not have text, at the time of their destruction they are not Projections.

I'm always momentarily confused by "/agree", as / generally represents end, so I keep thinking you are ending your agreement with previous posters.

It's cause / is often used as a command notifier in various consoles for games. so /godmode or whatever activates the godmode cheat. 

/agree is activating the command for agree.

Okay so cards under other cards do not have text, which means we did it wrong in that game and shouldn't have won so easily.

So why, then, are Victims under Spite's Safe House card still considered Victims?  Can someone point me in the direction of this in the rules so I can read it for myself?

Spiff's FAQ would be the place to start. It spells out very clearly the rules for Savage Mana. Flipped Drugs are still considered Drugs. There are a few times where it doesn't seem to work, but mostly for simplicity in the text. The general rule is that cards under other cards have no text.

Basically, Spite is the exception, I guess?

Mind revealing what card refers to the cards under Safe House are referred to as Victims?

The Safe House, Agent of Gloom front and back, and Forced Entry (these being the only ones I can think of that deal with under the Safe House) all refer to them as "cards under the Safe House" or something along those lines.

Edit: I would also like to note that the Safe House is one of the few cards to actually have printed on the card that cards under them have no text, at least the first printing of it does.
