I've been playing this game for a while now and still find myself having trouble keeping track of certain trigger cards in the game. For example, a trigger text might be "every time a hero plays a cards . . . " then do something. Sometimes I find myself forgetting about this in key game changing moments. Then several turns go by before I realize my mistake and then I feel like the game has been played out very differently than it should have. It get especially difficult when there are multiple triggers out.
I was wondering if anyone has any ideas or solutions on how to handle these triggers?

Honestly, and I know this isn't much help, I just memorized the cards.
All of them.
Thankfully, there aren't many "when you do something, do this" effects; at least not many that can be in play at the same time. Time Cataclysm is the worst one, and you can only have 1 of those out at a time.
What I'd suggest is just assign a person to watch for a particular trigger. Something like, "Joe, Interpolation Beam just entered play. Remind us to take damage whenever we draw cards."

I use the 3D tokens on my site. The little pyramids stand up off the cards so they're easy to see. If it's something like "every time a hero plays a card...", I just toss a yellow "!" icon on it to remind me that there's something I need to keep an eye on on the card. Works well for me.

As Spiff mentioned, I'll use reminders (although I have a box of various tokens from other games, etc., that I use). I'll drop a token in an appropriate place to remind me there's something to remember. For example, if there's a trigger on a villain card being destroyed, I'll put a token on the villain trash, then everytime I have to pick it up to put a card in the trash I know to check.
I've also found it useful when one of the players chooses a specific trigger they will "catch", always watching for that trigger. Sometimes, there's one person who's just more focused and capable at that kind of thing and they do it well.
