Frost's Cryo Chamber

The environment card Frost's Cryo Chamber reads, "Increase all cold damage by 1. Reduce all fire damage by 1. At the end of the environment turn deal each target 1 cold damage." Does the cold damage at the end of turn get increased by 1 from the first sentence on the card, giving each target a total of 2 cold damage?

Yes.

Yep - any cards which buff all damage by X amount and deal damage themselves will have the buff applied to themselves. Other cards which have the same kind of effect are the Explosive Wagons (Silver Gulch) and the Contract (Chairman), which both deal damage which is buffed by themselves.
