Baron Blade's voice sounds different than I expected

I would agree, but then again I'm not fully sure I know what I expect him to sound like. 

Not sure if I expected him to sound so... Russian. I mean, he IS Russian, I guess, but... I never pictured him sounding like that.

There were some definite Passionate Spaniard moments in his accent, I thought.

Anyway, I didn't mind it. Voices always sound different from what we imagine in our heads. Except for Sir Ian McKellen's Gandalf. That was dead on.

He is certainly not Russian. At all.

Yeah, that would be like calling me an American. That would earn you a solid disapproving glance, right in the face. And probably a polite apology too. Yes sir.

Thats what his bio says. I expect Lithuanian accents to be heavily based in Russian with a more Polish/general European twinge. Thought the voice actor hit it. But I'm far from an expert on these things. I only live with actors. Not one myself.

That was pretty much exactly how I imagined Baron Blade.  I actually had him speaking with my Dad's fake Russian accent, but this was close.

I expected him to sound like a British person putting on a fake slavic accent. Hollywood'll do that to ya.
