Im confused on the "play a hero card" and "use a power" parts of the hero turn. Lets say I play a card that has just a power on it, do I :
1. Play just that card and then another power? (I.e put in play the wraiths Throwing knives card that just has a power on it and then play her character card power)
2. Put in play that card then the power on that card equaling one card turn and one power turn.
3. Put in Play that card then its power (for one turn) then another power (i.e play the wraiths throwing knives card and its power THEN play the power on her character card)
Sorry everyone im new to the game and still trying to figure things out. Thanks to everyone who takes the time to help.
Much appreciated.

Playing a card with a power on it and using a power are two seperate things. You play the card like any other card but playing it does not trigger it’s power. When you move to the power phase if you have two things that have a power keyword on them such as your character card and say motavational charge for instance you select one of the effects that has the word power next to it to use. Playing a card with a power on it gives you access to additional powers to choose from but not more activations.

Just because I've had a couple of people ask me this, going to mention: You can play a card with the keyword power on it in your play phase and activate that power in the power phase right after playing. There is no minimum time a card needs to be out before you can activate it.

Also, if something lets you use two powers in a turn, you can't use the same card's power twice. That is, if you have one copy of Stun Bolt out and can use two powers (in this case, quite likely considering this particular card is Wraith's so there's her lovely Utility Belt likely to find its way into play hopefully ASAP ;)), you can't use the Stun Bolt power twice. If you have two copies of Stun Bolt out, however (as it's not Limited), you can activate both of them as they are two separate copies of a card, therefore two separate powers.
I think the only time when you can get around this is in the case of Mr Fixer (one of the Rook City heroes), who has a one-shot which specifically states he can use his base power twice that turn (note that if someone else lets him play this card on their turn, he can use his power twice at any point during that hero's turn, because it specifies "this turn" so it's valid until that hero's turn is over and is separate from their own play/power/draw phases ;)).

Side-side note, you don't get to activate BOTH copies of Stun Bolt with one power. They are 2 separate powers, which just HAPPEN to do the same thing.
