Just to be sure I have this correct: Haka is fighting the Dreamer. Savage Mana is out and Haka destroys a projection. Since the Dreamer's character card is out before Mana it takes precedence and the projection goes to the Dreamer. Yes?

The order-of-play rule only matters for start and end of turn actions. In a case like Savage Mana vs. flipped Dreamer, the players choose which effect takes place first.
(Also, this should be under the Rules section.)
Fun thing if you have savage mana before the dreamer flips with ten projections under it and it doesnt get destroyed you can use savage mana on another projection or enviroment target and immediatly win
H=5. Fanatic, Scholar, and Omnitron-X with two other heroes. Fanatic must be at least third in the turn rotation. Fanatic plays End of Days on turn one. The Dreamer flips, and plays 3 Violent Nightmares and another Projection. Scholar plays Don't Dismiss Anything to put Fanatic's End of Days back on top of her deck, Omnitron-X Timeshifts it into play. Do anything but destroy The Dreamer/Fanatic/End of Days, and don't remove any Projections from the board via non-destruction effects. By the start of the environment you have won the game in two rounds.
