Sub-Zero Atmosphere rules question

If a Villain card destroys Sub-Zero Atmosphere, do all the Villain cards that were effected by Sub-Zero Atmosphere trigger again at the end of the Villain turn?  Or is there some rule that limits a card from being used twice on the same turn (like Hero Powers)?

Yep.  If Sub-Zero Atmosphere gets destroyed, you get hit with a double whammy that turn.
