Mini replacements?

So I finally broke out Sentinels Tactics to try out the new painted minis for the first time, and discovered that, out of the box, one of Dawn's Citizens was missing the peg on one of his feet. The other foot has a peg so I can still use him, but it's definitely not as ideal.
 

Is there anyone I could talk to about getting a replacement, or is this just not possible due to the nature of painted minis (as opposed to the ease of printing out new cards)?

Mind you, they're all at PAX South, right now, so you might not hear from them for a week or so.

I've sent to warehouse and still ended up with Craig. I think he's taking over the place.

Actually, I think they both check that email.
