Health actions

So the stuff that causes health i stead of an action can it be used until your out or near end of health or only once per turn

None of the cards list unlimited in them that cost health so you would not be able to use them multiple times.   The only exception is Tachyon and that's just her standard for everything   Though I believe pushing the limits states it can't be used more than once.
