OK, so a group I played with and I played through the first Scenario, but didn't have time to play the rest, but I have a question about the the second scenario. Under the Scenario Powers it says "Baron Blade has as many actions per turn as there are heros..." so if your playing with 2 heroes, then does that mean that Baron only gets 2 actions? or does he keep his base 3 actions?
