Activating Power Stations

In Baron Blade's 1st scenario, when he rolls 3 dice and needs a 5 or 6 to get a success, does any number of 5's and 6's count as a single success, or is each 5 and 6 a success?  We read it that each 5 or 6 is a success, allowing BB to remove a scenario token with a single (good) roll.  Is that correct?
