Did Setback Ever Grow His Hair Back?

I couldn’t help but notice that Setback’s backstory mentions that all of his hair fell out after Blade’s treatment, but nothing is said of it growing back.

We can’t see any eyebrows due to his mask, but he seems to have a head full of spiky brown hair. I don’t know that we have any pictures of him pretreatment. We do know that his luck deals in extremes, so I could see him not getting his hair back. That leaves me with a few questions…

1. Is that a wig or Setback’s own regrown hair?
2. If not, is that what his hair looked like before it fell out?

It's not a wig, and it never grew back.  It's just that, by PURE RANDOM CHANCE, every single piece of art in Setback's deck (except for Silver Lining) is of a time when a collection of leaves/pieces of brown lint/very confused mice/whatever happens to be either falling or getting blown past him at just the right angle.

I'd assume that he just woke up one day and found his hair all grew back in. Pretty lucky huh?

Looking at Silver Lining, his hair appears to be stubble, so i'd guess it grows back.

Ah. Now it’s coming back to me. I do remember that. It’s looking like his hair is, in fact, naturally that spiky.
