I was thinking about Miss Information, and had a couple thoughts.
1) Miss Information seems to fill the niche of comedic Outside-of-Reality-Villain for this universe (kind of like Mr. Mxyzptlk or Ambush Bug, she doesn't quite belong in the usual comic reality). She's obsessed with the Freedom Four, and her powers seem to involve a lot of reality manipulation, and her goal is largely to screw with the Freedom Four in comedic ways. Second, she seems to come from a sort of parallel universe or timeline, so it's like she isn't *supposed* to be in the main timeline's reality.
2) I think she has some sort of meta power that activates when she's defeated - it's a sort of defensive retcon. She gets defeated, but no one remembers that she went rogue (including Aminia). Instead, Aminia becomes the sweet assistant again, and no one really remembers that she was a reality bending supervillain. Then, sometime later, the Miss Information rises again with a new plan to betray the heroes.
Not sure if I'm grasping at straws though. Though, if her narrative niche is to be the outside-of-reality villain, it would affect what her nemesis should look like.
