All the TCF cards are of the card type Flagship, so I'd assume the F stands for Flagship.
So it's most likely Thorian C________ Flagship. The C can stand for whatever you think sounds best. I like Command.
Oh, or it could be Time-Crazed Flagship. That'd make sense.
