Nephew: Just not having played games in a while and getting a group that plays regularly has made me realize that I appreciated it more than I realized [emphasis mine], and I feel like since I have such a personal connection to this game, I just have to get my own copy

I'll see him in August and will offer the root beer float. He bought his own copy of EE, but I acquired extra copys of all of the mini-expansions and most of the promo cards for exactly this scenario.
