Haka is exiled from his people because his facial tatoos, the Ta Moko, disappear suddenly. I don't think his bio actually gives the source of his power. He gets killed by his tribe and then miraculously comes back to life with each wound he receives making him stronger.

Expattriette's father is assumed dead, I think that was officially confirmed at some point. And Absolute Zero's girlfriend was killed by a drunk driver.

Because they're not opposites. There's no rule that a lucky character can't be skilful, e.g. Lucky Jack Aubrey.

There's no rule that says that opposites can't coexist. You can also argue that the opposite of lucky is having no luck, not being unlucky. Consider this: Kismet, a luck based character, relies on luck, i.e. some intangible force that they have no control over, but will work in there favor. The opposite of this would be a character that doesn't rely on some intangible force that they have no control over, but rather on their own skill. This would also (somewhat) explain his symbol, a die with 1 face. AS a skill based character, he doesn't need/have the luck factor of the die, with his skill he can always roll the 1 side that has the number (although I would admit it would make more sense to be a 6 and not a 1).

Well, the prefix un- does mean the opposite or reverse of the noun or adjective being modified, so by the definition unlucky is the opposite of lucky. 

Also, the logo is a die showing a roll of one, which by most mainstream gaming standards is a bad roll and therefore has become a symbol of bad luck.

I am not saying unlucky can't be interpreted as an opposite of lucky, but so can skill (as I explained above), and I just don't understand why everyone is assuming it is unlucky (maybe I missed something).

I did mention the 1 doesn't make complete sense, however, if you assume that he is unlucky, why are the other faces blank. If he is an unlucky character, all 6 numbers would be there with the 1 facing up. If 5 sides are blank and 1 isn't, it doesn't matter what that number is, it will still be better.

The other die faces being blank can be explained nicely by the "fixed outcomes" theory. Kismet is luck based, thus any and all situation, even the impossible, can become reality at her will. The opposite of unlimited options and outcomes? One fixed outcome. When he does something, he knows exactly how it is going to turn out, for better or worse. With the die, the other die faces are not shown because they do not matter. Everytime he rolls the dice, he will roll the same number each and every time. That is how I see it at least.

There's still one more hero who can hit for more than 22. There are sort of three, but two of them dance on the line between 'assistance' and 'existence'... [EDIT: One of those two is AbZero, via Cold Snap and Thermal Shockwave. Needs targets to exist, so dubious.]

Lots of different ways, here is one of them: 2 Impales, Cold Snap, Focused Apperatures, Frost-Bound Drain, Isothermic Transducer, and Thermal Shockwave. Cold Snap at least has to hit one target for two, Impales will do a total of 6 cold damage, Frostbound will do 4 cold to one target, than 3 fire to himself to make it 4 cold damage to another target, than thermal Shockwave to do 2 damage to 3 targets for a total of 6. 2+6+4+4+6 = 22 cold damage dealt. AZ will than take 22 Fire damage and deal out 23 cold damage.

Edit: Also Tachyon deals 21 with Light-Speed barrage with all burst in trash.

It is a single hit. It's the 23 cold damage at the end of the process. The rest is like Bunker charging his Omni-Cannon. It works because Thewrmal Shockwave deals AZ fire damage equal to the cold damage he dealt in one lump sum at the end of it. If you combine that with Isothermic transducer, you get an impressively humungous hit. You also end up with a near dead AZ, but that's kinda usual when Ronway's inside the suit.

I'm not counting the multiple instances though. The 23 cold damage is a single instance.

I wasn't counting Omni-X, since his needs other people's equipment (I may be wrong; feel free to correct me if I am). So there's one more, if a rather dodgy one, or someone could just ask another question.

The only other dodgy one I can think of is Ra, but I don't think he can reach 22. He only gets a maximum of +6 himself and even with all 15 environment cards out that only gets to 21 for Scorched Earth. No villain has 16 ongoing cards, so that's his maximum with Drawn to the Flame, which is less.

Omnitron-X could theoretically reach it if he trashes 11 other heroes' equipment cards with Singularity but that has to count as assistance, doesn't it?

They are, in a way. They're cold damage dealt this turn, which thermal shockwave then converts to fire on AZ which IT converts back to cold damage.

Argent can do a max of 3 in one hit. Chrono can get up to 14. Expat would be 6, Legacy can do 6, Fixer can do 5, NightMist can do 5, Omni-X can do 16, Ra can do 11, Tempest can do 7, Unity (Raptor Bot) can do 16, Visionary could do 5... Yeah, I have no idea.

Okay, so there are three Freedom Four annuals: 1, 2 and 7... the Freedom Four appear in all three of these (presumably), with Ryan Frost appearing in 2 and 7, plus the Treacherous Ape pops up in 2. Oh, and obviously Baron Blade is in 1. Have I missed any?

There's a slight problem with F4A #7, as 6 was a F5A, meaning AZ is now a member of the team. So there is a member missing and it is significant enough that they are dropped to F4. AZ and Tachyon are confirmed in it thanks to Isothermic Transducer. However I can't recall any other Flavour text that takes place in issue 7. So Wraith, Bunker, or Legacy may not make an appearance.

Not quite, but close! Infact it is actually a three way tie. So naming one of those will yield a correct answer.

To be pedantic, if we're talking about weight instead of mass, then the answer may be heroes that are almost or completely weightless because of where they are and/or what they are doing. 

I'm thinking primarily of being in space but also of heroes that can fly, depending on what it is that allows them to fly.

I think the lightest question makes the most sense when discussing mass.

I'd argue that Wraith can also fly. She has a helicopter.

It's his cape that allows him to fly. Magical Capes, woohoo! The first card that comes to mind which depicts him flying is Mountainous Carapace in Akash'Bhuta's deck.

Oh, wow I never knew that - it's not mentioned anywhere on his cards or in the manual version of his backstory…so presumably it's mentioned in the more detailed version on the site. I really need to get round to reading those at some point! I also hadn't really wondered about him flying on the Carapace card. I just never thought about it. I always just thought he was a bartender who found some magical musical instruments - I didn't know he had magical clothing to go with it ;).

I was actually kidding about the cape. It's is just that most heroes with capes have the ability to fly, except for Batman/Wraith which wear capes just because they can.

Edit: I think Virtuoso of the Void gain simple powers without the use of an instrument. Such as flight and shooting energy beams from at least their hands. Other stuff such as healing, blowing up flagships, buffing up his allies, and allowing more actions for his allies is a bit more complicated, so he has to play instruments to trigger.

Oh, lol. But anyone who's seen "The Incredibles" will know why capes are a bad idea ;).

His flight (and possibly his energy blasts, depending on whether they're actually energy damage or if they're Sonic) might actually be generated by him humming and controlling the sound waves to push him around in the air, a la the X-Man Banshee.

As to why he doesn't have a card for his flight…well, neither do Legacy or Fanatic.  The game doesn't have any element of tactical movement, so Flight isn't a terribly relevant power.  (If it were a bit less abstract about Environments, it could make a difference as to whether you have to worry about a Marsquake or the like, but as it stands there's no game effect.)  The minis game they've been talking about may be a different story in that regard, of course.

Fanatic: Wrathful Retribution can do up to 29 damage in a single hit.

Tachyon: Lightspeed Barage can do 22 if all Bursts are in her trash.

Edit: Forgot about Mad Bomber Blade. His front side with 12 cards under him or his flip with 12 cards in the trash. So there are 3 that can do so without any assistance.

Assuming you mean what I think you do, Legacy and Bunker are the obvious ones, and Ra probably also counts (arguably the sun god is the same person today as 4000 years ago, but certainly the person who picks up the staff and turns into the sun god is different).  The Argent Adept is part of a lineage but they aren't named Argent Adepts, they're Virtuosos of the Void, so presumably AA is his particular name.  And from the Vengeance info we've seen, KNYFE is a codename which could in theory be passed on to other agents after Paige Huntley goes off the farm.

Assuming you don't count the information we have about Vengeance, which is not yet fully confirmed, we don't so far have nemeses for Bunker, AZ or Unity.  If you do count those, there's only The Scholar.  Also, while we don't know for sure about the Vengeance heroes, it seems likely that Parse, Setback and the Sentinels match up to the three villains who don't yet have nemeses, and that would leave KNYFE and Naturalist with yet-to-be-revealed enemies.

Unity's only known nemesis right now is Iron Legacy, so even if counting confirmed Vengeance information, Unity still doesn't have a nemesis. I should've specified about Vengeance, but yes, including Vengeance, that adds K.N.Y.F.E and Naturalist to the list of unconfirmed hero-nemesis relationships.

It was my question, and I say that absence of any value is not the same as a value of 0.  This should be a familiar concept to gamers - in D&D for instance, a character who has Constitution of 0 has a modifier of -5 (and is dead, more relevantly), but one who entirely lacks a Constitution score (due to being animate but not alive) calculates their Fortitude save as if they had a Constitution modifier of 0.

I feel like it's their tendency to buff their own damage permanently. Iron Legacy has Galvanized, Spite has that one drug, Kismet has the talisman and her flipped side's advanced mode, and the Ennead have their flipped side as well.

Considering how often I play Visionary, I really should have gotten that one.  But on the other hand, I tend to think of Plague Rat as being in that club too, since he just has the one Nest and it's quickly dispensed with in most games (unless the heroes really like staying infected and dying twice as fast - likely if one of them is the Scholar).

The Ennead are an obvious answer to the fewest non-one-shots, since they have nothing BUT one-shots (unless you count themselves, or the Shrine...even if you do count them, that's ten and there are probably not many villains with fewer than that).  Least one-shots I've got no real clue; I'll guess Grand Warlord Voss since I can't think of any One-Shots in his deck.

In Egyptian mythology, what are each of the Ennead the gods of?

Atum = a creator god, described as having come into existence (or always having existed) on a hill in an ocean, and then brought forth Shu and Tefnut, who in turn brought forth Nut and Geb, who in turn brought forth the last four.  To the best of my knowledge, there's no mythological precedent for him being a fire/sun god as he's portrayed in SOTM.

Shu = God of the air, plain and simple.

Tefnut = Officially, she was supposed to be the goddess of "moisture".  The Egyptians, shamelessly prurient as they were, had several theories about how exactly Atum had produced her.  It's probably for the best that SOTM didn't try to be too literal here either.

Geb = God of the earth.

Nuit = Goddess of the night sky.  In mythology, Geb and Nuit couldn't stop shagging each other nonstop until someone (Atum I suspect) physically separated them, creating the heavens and the earth.

Osiris = Ruler of the kingdom of the dead (which is NOT the same as being the "god of death" in a culture as death-obsessed as Egypt).

Isis = Goddess of birth and life.  In many of the myths, she was described as having gathered up the pieces of her husband Osiris and brought him back to life, after he was killed and dismembered by his brother Set.

Nephthys = Goddess of the process of dying (which, again, is not entirely the same as being "goddess of death", though it's closer).  Wife of Set.

Set = God of storms and war.  Generally something of the bad guy in Egyptian myth, similar to Loki in the Norse canon (there were nastier creatures, all-destroying monsters such as Apepi and Fafnir, but Set and Loki were members of the pantheon who should have known better, and were into stirring up trouble just for the sake of doing so - basically they were the Internet trolls of their time, not precisely "evil" but certainly a serious pain in everyone's collective arse).

I'm probably missing a fair number of nuances, but this gives the gist of it.

The man is the same person, and the girl looks very similar, I'd say they are the same.

I wonder on the timing of the images in those cards.  Both pictures have the girl at about the same height, so I don't think there is much time difference, and Iron Legacy doesn't have a huge window of time, so the girl would still be a girl in the main timeframe.  Th only girl we have that could work would be Miranda Fischer.

That could work, the image on Blighted streets could be the death of her father, and the Iron Legacy one could reverse who died, leaving her father with her.  Both girls are Blonde and have similar ear structure (but that could very easily be coincidence, I doubt anyone tries to make sure their characters don't replicate ear structure)  The mask would cover the freckles, so it would be hard to say anything conclusive.

She is either The Idealist or her comeback is not yet revealed.

As a non-playtester, I now find myself wildly speculating that the girl in question is a Rachel Summers expy or maybe a female equivalent of Cable.  She might fit in the final expansion, which I'm expecting to have a "cosmic" theme...you can only make so many space-themed heroes without them all being dull, but a time-traveler with a silly-string backstory would seem to fit with the same general degree of gonzoness.

It would make sense, with her nemesis as well...

Nobody seems to know this last answer (I know Legacy is from Chicago, but I don't pay enough attention to the bios to have any more than that), so I'm going to go ahead and ask a new question.

Name a card in some character's deck which depicts that character in a situation which is not actually possible given their deck.  (Something like "beating up Legacy" doesn't count just because you think the character is underpowered and couldn't win such a fight; with bad enough luck any hero can manage to lose to any villain.)  I'm thinking of one specific example, but if you name a different one which fits these terms it can still count, and then I'll tell you the one I had in mind.

Okay, to paraphrase Ronway from memory:

* Batman is primarily a melee combatant while Wraith is mostly ranged.

* Wraith's parents are still alive, but criminals didn't attack Batman himself.

* Wraith makes little apparent effort to intimidate her foes; Bruce Wayne became Batman because he figured bats were frightening, but Maia whatsername became the Wraith because being stealthy made her feel safer, enabling her to fight crime and thereby make herself safer still.  (Debatably, as a victim of violent crime herself, Wraith might have more of an ethical objection to terrifying or unnecessarily brutalizing the crooks she's taking down than Batman appears to, though of course Batman's attitudes vary wildly as different writers get a hold of him.)

* Wraith doesn't drive a Wraithmobile (as far as we know), but Batman doesn't usually turn household appliances into his iconic weapons.

* Though I haven't personally seen much evidence of this, Ronway also claims that Wraith has responded very positively to her membership in the Freedom #, whereas Batman's membership in the Justice League has always been sort of grudging and utilitarian...he would rather work alone, if he didn't need the League's help or they his, whereas Ronway opines that Wraith actively likes being a team player.  (Which would make sense, given that SOTM is a team game; I picture Expatriette as being pretty much of a loner, but in general it's reasonable to assume that few of the characters of a cooperative game would turn up their nose at collaborating with their colleagues, even on relatively nonessential matters.)

5; Dragged into the Underworld (or whatever it's called) is destroyed if there are (H) trials in play, Urshe pulls out (H) cards from the environment deck, the spike trap (I think) deal (H) damage, etc.

Actually it's a more complicated question than that.  The swinging blades trap (not the spike trap) only deals H-based damage if you intentionally put yourself in front of the blade to stop it…its automatic damage is a flat 3 every turn.  More, the Challenge of Fire is extremely easy to get rid of in a five-hero game (five players must discard 7 cards between them, which is generally pretty easy unless you're playing Nightmist or Bunker, fighting Citizen Dawn or Iron Legacy or the like, or have been suffering from a Swarm of Scarabs for quite some time), while with H=3, it levies a fairly stiff fine (at least one player MUST discard the full 3 cards, which is often quite a sacrifice, and no more than one player can fail to discard at all, or else the fire will keep coming - not that any of Ra's buddies will mind, of course, but otherwise it's pretty painful).  5 is probably still the correct number because of the two cards you mention, but there's really only them and the Challenge, and with a 1/15 chance versus a 2/15 chance that you'll regret having either 3 or 5 heroes, I can see an argument for 3 and perhaps even for 4, which might be the best or the worst of both worlds.  (Had I been involved in playtesting for IR, I would certainly have pushed for there to be another card which punishes H = 3 to balance things out more equally, but that's only one of the changes I'd have suggested making.)

Given that I am a Perfect Human Specimen whose Foresight, Enlightenment and Into the Stratosphere intellect are both envied by and an Inspiring Presence to everyone on the forum, I can only assume that your opinion must be the same as mine.  

(I'm joking.  Mostly.)

Unity's bots aren't technically "weapons", IMO.

Haka's are not proper names, any more than "sword" or "mace" are proper names. Those are the names of those weapons.

I disagree. They are tools being used to do battle against an enemy. That they happen to take the shape of living things (well, except for Platform Bot), isn't really relevant.

All of the bots (except for Swift Bot) should qualify under definitions 1 or 2. A question which might have some bearing on whether or not people agree with this is: how much autonomy do the golems have?

• Is Unity's will required for them to act? The fact that they are destroyed when Unity is incapacitated is evidence that they might only be able to act because she controls them throughout their existences.
• Alternatly, does she create them with behaviors that they have to follow (but her influence is not required for them to take actions once they are created)? Can they make choices on their own? Are they conscious?

Thoughts, yes, I have thoughts! I think it's interesting that your definition of weapon includes defensive items, so shields and stuff are weapons. Makes sense I suppose. I think using weapon as a verb is slightly dubious, I think that Ra probably didn't name his staff The Staff of Ra, and on the topic you were actually asking about I think Unity's golems do have some measure of automation. Compare Unity's 'attack' bots (Raptor, Platform, Turret) to OX's weapons; the latter may attack, while the former must attack. That suggests, to me at least, that while Unity is in control of her bots, they do have some amount of AI, though not consciousness. I don't know whether this would qualify them as weapons, though.

I also think that Silverleaf (or possibly grysqgl) needs to ask a question.

I vote "no", a bot doesn't count as a weapon.  Raptor Bot's claws and jaws are weapons, but Raptor Bot as a whole is not one, likewise Champion Bot's weapons are his fists (assuming he ever actually hits things, rather than just standing around looking inspiring), Platform Bot has pew-pew lasers, Stealth Bot has the smoke jets as "weapons" of obfuscation, etc.  The weapon has to be employed by some sort of autonomous entity, and the bots at least have the intelligence to wield them effectively, whether or not they have any actual freedom to choose when they're wielded or against what.  If you say that Raptor Bot exists only to attack things and thus is a weapon in and of himself, then you get into some ugly questions about whether a soldier in the U.S. Army now counts as a tool rather than a person as long as he obeys orders, or even metaphysical uncertainties about whether human beings ever have free will, or are simply "wielded" by their primitive kill-or-be-killed instincts.  I'd rather just draw a hard line between the actual killing implement and the being which employs it, and the bots are "beings", even if they are completely automated.  (For a realistic example that definitely doesn't involve artificial intelligence, I wouldn't characterize an aircraft carrier or even a tank as a "weapon"; they may serve as platforms for guns, but the guns could be removed and the platform would remain, able to serve other purposes or to simply exist.  Thusly, I guess you could say that my definition of a weapon is that it is irreducible to smaller unit which remains a weapon, or something vaguely along those lines.)

Technically that is true.  Except that the bullet isn't deadly without the gun, thusly the loaded gun remains the final weapon-component…if you remove the bullet from the gun, both become harmless, and therefore the loaded gun is the smallest irreducible unit of weapon-ness.  Distinguishing between loaded guns and guns in general is something of a sticky wicket; I didn't bother to clarify.

Very precisely put - he is using himself as a weapon.  His body might be a weapon, but he himself is not one.  Again, if you can't distinguish between his self and his body, then it's much like opting to treat every gun as potentially loaded…perfectly reasonable and valid, but a failure of perception on your part, for with better senses, you could see whether the gun was loaded or not, you could see whether Champion Bot had a "soul" or not, and you'd be able to properly distinguish weapons from what are only potential weapons.  Lacking such fine discrimination, we must inevitably make suboptimal choices, like cavemen running away from fire because they assume it's nothing but a form of death…but in time, one of them sought to learn more, and gained mastery of that tool, to be used for both destructive and creative ends.  (I may have wandered slightly afield from my point…)

You do not see the contradiction you made here? I do not see a distinction of any real substance. Are you trying to make a distinction between body and conciousness? If so I say they are one in the same. You can't really separate the two (if you can, you need to call the Science hotline right now). I appreciate the nod to metaphysical thought, but it is sorely out of place within context. And even if you could justifiably make such a distinction, intent would fall sqaure in the realm of conciousness, which is still a nessesary component to the definition of a weapon.

I prefer to trust that my thoughts are always correct in some sense, even if I can't figure out exactly why or how.  I'm a big believer in the "magic soup" theory of cognition; the brain is a mysterious but wonderful organ, forever digesting and recombining all its input into an Infinite Diversity of Infinite Combinations, and one should accept the glory of this process at face value, not try to constrain the outputs.  If some idea doesn't work out, just leave it lie and move on; don't try to prevent yourself from having similar such ideas in the future, because the future is unknowable, and those "bad" ideas might later turn out to be exactly what you need.

"His body" and "himself" are two different things.  If he were deactivated ("killed" in human terms), his body would still exist, and could still be picked up and used as a weapon by someone else, but he himself could not choose to use himself as a weapon, or to refrain from doing so.  His self would no longer exist, but his body would.  Therefore, they are distinct and separable.  QED.

I would say that the problem here is with the Generals' way of thinking.  It does not change the fact that every soldier on the battlefield is capable of disobeying orders and not killing enemies, therefore he is not a weapon.  The gun he holds is a weapon; if he chooses to use it to kill someone, the weapon itself cannot choose not to do so (or at least so we assume; if it suddenly jams or misfires, we assume it did not do so on purpose, though we might blame "gremlins" for causing such a malfunction).

Sure seems like you're saying a weapon cannot exist without it having a consciousness.  Indeed, you seem to be arguing the exact opposite of my thesis: that a gun is not a weapon, but a soldier is, because only the soldier can choose to kill.  I say that only the gun is the weapon, precisely because it cannot choose not to kill.

Of course. Its always easier to just believe we are correct. Its called "Cognitive Dissonance" (facinating stuff. I recomend learning about it). Critical thinking + self awarness is hard work and not for the weak of heart. Our innate human disposition toward narrsisism hates that kind of stuff.

Unloaded bullets are still dangerous and when heated can "fire" and still kill.  An unloaded gun can still be used as a bludonging weapon.  So can my shoe incidentally.  In fact there's a lawsuit against Nike over there not being a disclaimer on their shoes because they can cause damage if someone slams their foot down on someone's face.  

What about the fact that your mind can be used as a weapon?  Doesn't this then invalidate your supposition?  By your definition a mind can't think and be a weapon and yet it can do both.

A gun is a weapon.  It is a tool used to attack.  A weapon does not have to deal the damage, it has to be involved in the dealing, between the user and the final damage.

A person is not a weapon.  Parts of a person can be, but the whole is not.  The hyperbole of a soldier, or a martial artist being a "weapon" is just hyperbole.

As for the Bots, Unity's powers are technopathy and ferrokinetics.  Ferrokinetics means she has the ability to control Iron based material.  Technopathy is the ability to control technology with your mind, more on the hardware level than software (cyberpathy).

So Unity builds golems, using her ferro-kinetic powers, and makes them mechanical, which she can then control with her mind.

Even if they do have AI, which they don't need to have, Unity can control them directly.  With it being listed in her powers I would assume she does it.

However, her flavor text has them speaking, and her interacting with the named ones as if they are sentient.

I would say that they are a mixture of AI, and direct obedience to her will.  They have programming and function, but she controls them.

They are weapons, as they are tools used to attack or defend.

So add the bots to the list.

Semantics, not hyperbole. It all depends upon the context. A commander issuing orders to troops and viewing combat and movement from a macro level absolutely sees and uses troops as weapons. Units are his tools that are used for attacking/defending. Good chess players use their pawns as weapons. 

A soldier is a unit.  A soldier is not equipment.

We refer to soldiers as weapons because we may like to think about them that way, or we may rhetorically use that as motivation, but it is never accurate.

A general may think of soldiers as weapons, that might help him do his job.  It is easy to sacrifice pawns, they are a tool, they are not people.  You can not be a tool user and a tool at the same time.  (unless you are using slang terms)

If I made a robot, and it had a hand and I put a sword in that hand, as the operator of the robot I am the tool user, the robot is a tool, as is the sword.  The robot is not using the sword, I am using it through the robot.

A soldier is not controlled by his superiors, he chooses to follow orders or not, he chooses when to fire and when not to.  A soldier is a user, the gun, knives, grenades etc. he carries are the weapons.  A general delegates fighting to others he does not sontrol them while they fight, those others choose how to do it.  The Pawn has no choice to move or not, it is not a user, it is an object, it can be a weapon.

I wish there was a way to say this without the negative connotation, but if you are being used as a tool, then a tool you are.

Interesting debate, in my opinion the robots are not weapons, but users of weapons, as envisioner said.

Also, I think an object becomes a weapon when the user has the intent to attack another user (in this caser "user" would refer to any sentient being who has the ability to use a weapon).

As to whether or not Unity controls her robots directly, we would need Christopher or Adam to be sure.

False.  If the mind was capable of killing I'd have a body count in the thousands.  Only physical objects or forces can inflict physical death or injury.  The only way the mind might function as a weapon would be if nothing but minds existed, thus that annoying someone so they couldn't think would amount to "killing" them temporarily, or something of that sort.  As long as we have flesh attached, such "attacks" barely even register, and certainly don't qualify as any appreciable degree of harm.

I noticed Spite usually has brown hair, but on his divider card/bio pic and the front of his normal character card he has black hair. He even has brown hair on the back of Freedom Six Wraith's card. He has 3 other hair colors I can think of, his flip side and both sides of his promo. So 5 total it seems.

5 is correct! The first is on his character card, front side (short-ish black hair). The second is the flip side (long white hair). The third is Freedom Six Wraith's Incap side (brown hair!). The fourth and the fifth are zombie Spite's (Long blonde-ish and shoulder-length gray). I actually argued with myself if the art on the back of his cards (the wanted poster) would count as a different hairstyle (it looks the same shade as his Original card front side, but longer), but I ultimately decided that its probably just angling. So. Good job, Koga!

Omnitron is killed as soon as it hits 0 or less HP (Fixed Point aside) so he can be eaten by the wasteland, you just haven't won yet if device are still in play.

And you are positing that you could not win a game with Omnitron 'gone'. I can see nothing that prevents you from winning if Omnitron is 'gone' and not 'dead', what are you seeing that I am not?

Previously, Omnitron couldn't be eaten by the Unforgiving Wasteland, because his villain character card is removed from play when he's destroyed, and his character card would necessarily be in play before Unforgiving Wasteland.

However, given the new timing rules, the players could potentially choose for him to end up in the cornfield rather than the Island of Misfit Electronics since neither effect is start-of-turn or end-of-turn.

That would then mean you skip Omnitron's instructions for having to destroy all devices to win the game. Meaning the game would be won like most other games.

It's a semantic issue I think.  The question can be read as "which villain do you not win the game against solely by having them Wastelanded" or as "which villain can you not win the game because they were Wastelanded".  Omnitron might be included in the former set…if there are other Devices out, having Omnitron Wastelanded does not suffice to win the game, though it is certainly progress.

On that subject, one thing I've never been clear on.  After you've destroyed Omnitron, does his deck still play a card on each villain turn until the Devices are gone?  If so, do cards which say "Omnitron deals damage" instead not deal damage, or do they deal damage with no source?

This is interesting, the language isn't a trigger reaction, or dependant.  It simply states:  The Heroes cannot win until there are no devices in play.

It is worded more like a static effect, I would think that wording still applies whether it is the preceding effect or another that removes him from play.

I would say that the villain playing cards is not dependent on them having their character card in play, otherwise every villain character card would have to say "during the villain Play phase, play a card", or words to that effect. On the one or two occasions in the past where Omnitron has been destroyed with devices still in play, we still had him play a card every turn but ignored anything which specifies "Omnitron does X" since Omnitron is no longer around.

Just to say, I was going for a flat 'can never win this way' which is against The Chairman, who is never not immune to the environment, and The Dreamer, because if she's killed, the heroes lose.

Boo, It had to be Ronway.

The correct answer is Rook City cover.  The others involve the side of the box, which is a different piece of art, but the Rook City main picture has Chariman Matriarch, Rat and Spite.

It also happens to be used as my tokens/oversizec villains and current playtesting box.

Not true, every single box I pointed out is solely using the front of the box. The Rook City t-shirt also doesn't have sides. Attached are pictures of what I had said with red circles around the non-heroes.
