Is this the last vestige of Montgomery Industries in the Vertex Universe?

I couldn't help but notice that the latest update for Homebrewers describes a black-haired, athletically built CEO named Katherine Montgomery:

(As a reminder, Maia's mother is named Rebecca, as we learned in OblivAeon Part 1.)

If this is a crossover/easter egg, my guess is that Maia sold the rest of her family company to a previously unknown relative in the Vertex Universe.
