I think he just might be.

That said, his power is really cool in this timeline.

This is the closest the Letters Page has brought me to tears. ;_; How did Thiago end up with such a flipped fate in the two universes?

Man, I really liked this episode, though, and I might have to relisten to it. I've got so many questions! Daybreak sounds like an excellent group of characters, the kind I'd want to read comics or watch a show about.

I also thought Headlong's power was really cool. :D Need to find out where that bug jar was mentioned in the Little Black Book (?) episode and go listen to that again, too.

I think that I have enough sadness to make a Tearjerker page for Sentinels on TVTropes. The cult of gloom will love it.

The question that prompts the answer starts at 1:13:56, with the part about Myriad starting at 1:16:43 of episode 65, the NightMist book of monsters one.

WalkingTarget, friend to all! :D

So it sounds like Myriad (so glad we know what that is now!) just is the bugs, not that they had any particular effects on their own. Just, trying to get through into this realm so they could form Myriad, and I'm sure Oblivaeon's destruction didn't hurt that either.

Man, now I'm thinking about how much you could "it's something of Nightmist's" as a source for powers in the RPG. XD

Good episode! Makes me interested to see the RPG, but sad that these guys won’t get decks in the card game!

I listened to it again today -- I have never done this before -- and I feel really dumb that I never made the connection between Oblivaeon and 9/11. Like, a Tower destroyed and then replaced by a Plaza? It really took them spelling it out to get through my thick skull. :V

I also wanted to say, don't worry, Princess Cool: Headlong and Rockstar getting on each others' nerves means they will definitely be caught snogging in a closet at some point in the future. V:

I wonder if Aeon Girl's look is intentionally inspired by EDI?

Similar hair and skin color (just inverted), similar visor (also inverted color), similar backstory of being a "new person."

Editors Note 19 is tomorrow! I'm super excited and posting it in this thread! But I habe a question. Did so,ebody already ask how La Comadora aged outside of time?

You did, X-Metal, in the very near future!

I loved how Princess Cool pinned down all the team dynamics without really knowing anything about these characters. “And Aeon Girl is…the fifth one. That’s a really good description for her.”

I thought Headlong was really cool. Knowing that Christopher and Adam are fans of the Stormlight Archive, my first thought on learning his powers was, “oh, so he can become awesome!”

My wife commented that after she heard about then, she kinda wishes she could play them in the card game. Oh, well.

Give it time. If you don't want to create home-brewed versions, yourself, someone on BGG is bound to do it for you... ;-)

I’d really like to see Headlong and Muerto - no idea how Headlong would be done that wouldn’t leave him feeling like a generic speedster, though!

I imagine something like Void Guard Idealist. Stacking cards under ongoings to represent momentum, etc.

prehaps he has cards representing different kinds of momentum on different surfaces so that they might have different effects.

I could see a lot of interaction with the environment. Maybe top-card discards to suggest him caroming off of things in the battlefield.
