I only looked at the pictures so far, but my reactions were:
Hell yeah! I like it! I think I like Muerto the best. Though, their name means death in spanish so...
Okay, I thought they were actually going to talk about Daybreak, not just tease us horribly with pictures. D:
Like, Rockstar looks neat, I want to know what she does. Muerto's got the kind of design that I just have to know more about, there is some kind of crazy story going on there. And Muse -- who I have to keep reminding myself is the Dreamer, and thus technically Visionary -- is definitely making a fashion statement, shall we say. c.c Scary.
BUT AEON GIRL IS SO CUTE @_@ I was not prepared for this, I can't handle it.
Yet even moreso, between his look and his pose, Headlong makes me go "This dude is so freaking cool." Like, he could do anything with that kind of name, but... dang, I can't even explain, I gotta know!
And I guess Young Legacy is cool or something, too. :B
I'm absolutely loving Rockstar and Muerte. It's hard to tell much about Headlong from my perspective, so that leaves me a bit meh. Muse looks suitably frightening and powerful; I'm eager to see how she grows up, especially after her alternate-reality-self passes on. As for Aeon Girl? She doesn't do much for me. Neat design, but something about her leaves me ambivalent.
Until we’re told otherwise, I shall believe that Muerte was a Dia De Los Muertos bot that Unity made while attending a DDLM rave. Some isoflex alpha granted rave bot sentience and additional power.
As for Headlong, I’m getting a speedster vibe from him.

Some quick thoughts about daybreak :
Rockstar seems to be a musician with powers rather than a virtuoso . Maybe she got her powers at an event ( Notice she's the only unmasked member) and thus has no secret identity.
Headlong seems like vs jumping based hero to me
Muerto might be the unholy union of necromancy and robotics.
Muse has kept her hair but is somehow creepier now than she was as a 6 year old girl.
Aeon Girl looks like she just came from a class where they told her that if she smiled more she'd be less offputting, the people who told her this were wrong
I just look at Aeon Girl and have to imagine she's like Sky-Scraper, personality-wise. Only probably not understanding life in general.
Rockstar has cold powers. That much we know from the picture.

Really? I think she's the scariest-looking one of all. Like, "Ooh, ooh! I can help! Let me, let me!" (tears reality asunder). Ultimate cosmic power, zero comprehension of consequences or morality. I wouldn't be surprised if they let her be a "hero" just because the alternative is to let her run amok.
Headlong just looks like a speedster to me. The light blurs are a lot like Tachyon's, just arrows instead of circles.
Very sad that Muerto is a teenager and not a robot or other construct. That sounds like quite the traumatic backstory.
I thought Rockstar's thing was ice, too, at first. Adam should maybe think about recoloring it to be less confusing.
Aeon Girl is like scarlet witch. That is my headcanon. Either that or they all correspond to members of the team titans. Maybe not powerwise but personality wose at least. I can totally see Aeon girl as Raven.

Okay. Given that Aeon Girl is technically the "daughter" of OblivAeon and she weilds some cosmic power I'd say she's a cross between Raven and Scarlet Witch.
Muerto looks super-cool. I also like Muse’s costuming. Interesting to see a flying pose that’s not the usual head-first with Headlong, too!
I have to hand it to Adam, also, for showing a wide variety of body shapes on this team.
I listened to this episode just now, and unfortunately I don't have anything insteresting to comment on Young Legacy. Her solo series sounds cool and it'd be the kind of thing I'd like to read in my own college years (but not as much as Tome of the Bizarre).
I'm loving the Daybreak stuff we got to see. Muse is probably my favorite due to the creepy theme and being interested on the Dreamer-as-a-hero concept since Quando-Ahora, but Muerto looks so friggin cool that I can't decide anymore.
And I don't know what you guys are talking about, Aeon Girl is adorable. "Oh but she looks a inhuman creature that doesn't know human emotions and can probably cause unimaginable destruction", yeah and this only adds to the cuteness.
But the thing that most called my attention was the mention of Time Slinger as a character in Daybreak. I mean, lots of characters are probably going to appear in Daybreak stories as teachers and special appearances, but the way C&A talked it seemed like Jim would be a important recurring character. It's nice to know, specially since I was afraid he'd be kind of forgotten after Oblivaeon (with time-travel not existing anymore and whatnot), only appearing as a background character in big events.

It's funny, I was reading people speculating about Headlong and I was about to say, "He's probably connected to Parse, he's got the little arrows and his costume is…"
And then I realized that his costume reminds me of Red Arrow, and that was colouring my impressions. Yeah, he does look like a speedster.
