How does Skyscraper do her hair?

I was staring at Portja’ s hair in the early incarnation, and I’m not sure if it’s short hair like a boy, or just slicked down with a lot of hair product.

I love her hair in the extremist Variant, it’s short, but flowy. (My wife hates her hair that length, cuz it’s too short to tie on a bun, but just long enough to get in your face.)

I could see it going either way. Either the arena required extra short hair or extra product to keep it slicked down as part of a restriction. And then later she stopped with the product or just let it grow out. What do y’all think?

If Thorathians don't use their elbow spikes to cut their hair, I will be thoroughly disappointed.

It looks to me like it's probably a pixie cut, particularly since Argent's post-PW short hair has the same sort of slicked-back look to it which seems to suggest it's just the art style.

Now. Can she grow and shrink parts of her body, or is it an all or nothing thing? If she can, no real need to cut her hair, yeah? 

One of her Extremist (foil) incapacitated sides depicts her uncontrollably size-changing different parts of her body to wildly different sizes. From her expression, I’d extrapolate that changing body parts to different sizes is quite painful, and possibly unintentional.

Hair doesn't really work that way anyway, per real world science at least. Hair is technically made of dead stuff; so she could get her hair follicles to produce new hair, maybe, but she couldn't actually shrink or grow the hair itself. Which is a shame, because that would be a really cool power to have. What woman wouldn't want the ability to have a new hairstyle all the time? Especially since whether your hair is straight, wavy, curly, is based on the shape of your hair follicle, so being able to alter your follicles too would make the power even better.
