Allow me to express some frustration that, for the second consecutive episode, Christopher & Adam express surprise that they didn't receive any questions about something that hasn't been hinted at anyplace and seems to be important to the story.

it's disappointing, because I've enjoyed everything else about the podcast so far. Even the "pre-show" banter.

You understand it's a joke, yes?

Then the delivery is failing for me. Not saying that it's failing for everybody, just that I'm not finding it funny.

I'd have to agree with jffdougan if they are making it a joke they have failed on it.   

Humor is hard...

Again I would still question whether it was meant to be humorous or not.

So, interesting things about the Prisoner art:

* Legacy's symbol with a bunch of arrows aound it. Not really sure what that means - I'd almost guess it was related to the Iron Legacy story, except that everything else that I can actually pin down leads to Oblivaeon

* Speaking of whom, the Prisoner seems to actually know its name - part of it shows at the bottom of the image.

* "The child is the centre" - the who is what? The only child I can think of would be the Dreamer, and I don't know if we've seen anything about her related to Oblivaeon.

* "It sends its servant" - Progeny.

* "All will end as one," "The future is GONE" - the Oblivaeon event. Again, not much more to say now that we know what's going on there.

* "The guards know" - it's explained in the episode itself that the high-ups in FILTER do indeed know about the end of the multiverse and are cool with it. I assume that's what that is.

Lots of stuff to speculate about!

Ahhh, I see. I knew she was part of it (like Omnitron rampaging around, which is apparently another link) but didnt realise she was the core. Makes sense though!

Over on the left side, there's another symbol that looks very familiar (with two arrows pointing away). But I'm not placing it right now.

There's an eye, looking very much like one of the cards in Visionary's deck.

Just listened to the episode, I'm in the camp that it was a joke. I did not mind it in this episode (and found it funny) because after the joke they answered some questions that we did not know to ask about Felix (they mention in the show notes they revealed him in this episode so the knew they would not get any questions on him).

In the KNYFE episode, they questioned why we did not ask about the main reality's Paige Huntley and then proceeded to tell us nothing about her. This was less amusing because they acknowledged that we would have questions on something they just revealed but then gave us nothing.

this time around, it definitely felt like they were trying to reference the stuff last time. But possibly because I was still a touch put-off by how it was handled last time, it just felt like "not this again?".

Again - I'm trying to speak only for myself, and not to say "it wasn't funny" or "they shouldn't have done that." To be extra-crystal clear, I didn't find it funny.

I'm thinking that's a direct reference to Oblivaeon. I mean, his name is usually spelled with capital A in the middle, and that symbol looks like a V superimposed over an A.

I have to say, humor-wise, I really appreciated all the factual facts and flawless logic of the little Starship Truthers aside they did.
