I've been barrelling through several episodes of The Letters Page and I love hearing Christopher and Adam's passion for the source material. I've been playing SotM for years, but I guess I never realized how much lore they've truly thought about ahead of time and how much information is rattling in their brains...but it begs the question: Why aren't these real comics?
I can't for the life of me figure out why much of the world doesn't know the awesome story of the Parsons family, or why other comics that I read don't have random Cult of Gloom mooks to punch, or why the majority of comic readers couldn't tell you Lillian Corvus' remarkable transition from Villain to Hero! I think everyone here knows that Christopher and Adam are masterful storytellers and, I mean, Marvel didn't become Marvel in a day, so I'm in awe that these extravagent and intelligent storylines aren't put to ink and pen in significant comic-y ways, yet. Even just a single monthly book. What's the deal =)?
