Blade has his scar back so this cardboard cutout image is at least before what occurs in Postive Energy Field

Looks to me to be considerably after that, as in after Tactics after. There's a lot more grey in the hair and beard. also the mechanical eye makes it seem that this is a new, deeper scar that's been reinflicted upon him.

Yeah the scar is what throws me off since in Tactics it isn't there so maybe this is an indication of a promo character card in Tactics?

The hand he's holding up is silver, like it is in his Luminary outfit.

Could it be promotion for the RPG?

Wait, Positive Energy Field healed his scar? I never noticed!

The RPG is gonna tell a lot of additional stories. It wouldnt surprise me if this was the case. But the scar + grey hair really makes this hard to place timeline wise for sure
