Comic Numbering

So I was just going through looking at diffrent hero decks and was just wondering if all comic series (mystery, justice, sentinel, etc) all started at the same time or if they were staggered.  If they all started at the the same time, a timeline of events could be established as to when heroes and villains appeared, but I was just wondering if anything even semi-official has ever been said on the subject.

Though I would say it is most likely that the comics were staggered to some degree.   Even if they did get released at the same time they may be staring from different points in the Sentinels History.
