Preview of the Cosmos!

Greetings, Sentinels fans!

Because of the hard work of all the heroes who participated in the Villain Beatdown challenge this last weekend, you have earned this sneak peek of things to come!

Many of you have properly deduced that the heroes of the upcoming Wrath of the Cosmos expansion will be Captain Cosmic and Sky-Scraper. But who are these heroic figures?

Well, Sky-Scraper is a size-changing brawler and freedom fighter from a distant planet - one which has had interactions with the people of Earth before! She will certainly be leaving her mark on the Multiverse. At least, Akash'Bhuta seems to think so:


Meanwhile, Captain Cosmic is a stalwart defender of Earth against the myriad threats from the outer reaches of the galaxy. But his great power draws attention from many powerful adversaries... Good thing Captain Cosmic learns quickly how to bring his power to bear!

Are you appeased? Do you demand more? What does the crowd look like?

Oooh, not very good. Yikes! Well, good thing there will be more information revealed within the next few weeks!

Oh, I like the patterning on the arachnoid at the front. Very Parker-esque colour scheme.

Woot woot!  I love the smirk on Sky-Scraper's face as she slugs A-B.  And, man, is that a big-ol' energy sword that Captain Cosmic is swinging.  Maybe my guess about "hard light constructs" wasn't too far off!

Wow, love the artwork, especially Cap's.

Also, is that Groot standing in the back of the crowd of aliens?  Sure looks like it...

Christopher, can you comment on Adam's uncanny knack of getting better and better with each passing expansion? That CC art is fantastic. Please consider using it as one of the art prints

I know a lot of people love them, but I've never done anything with my art prints.  If it saves you guys some money to not make them, I'd say go for that.

The third picture I have to think is from an environment deck as it would make sense for a battle arena mentioned in Parse's deck.  At least to me this Battle World makes more sense as an environment

I love the artwork and I look forward to this expansion more. 

I would still like to know about the oversized character cards. Specifically, will they be released alongside the expansion or will I have to wait, like with the Dark Watch villain promos? Also, I, too, would like at prints, if at all possible. I have all of them so far, except for Rook City. (Also, any chance of being able to pick those up at some point?)

I think he gets better due to practice.

Wonderful. Once GeekMod approves, they'll be up! I actually waded into GeekMod myself shudder to try and speed it along.

Just today I picked up a portfolio binder to put them in and keep them safe. And I am not sure where my Rook City ones are… the hunt is on!

Art prints are a necessity for me. All of mine are framed and on my boyfriend's wall. We've saved space for upcoming expansions.

I also like Art Prints, though I haven't actually done anything with the ones I have. I have all the art prints besides Wrathful Retribution and the ones printed for people who cameoed on a card that isn't Cursed Acolyte.

Looking forward to having a house where I can put them all up!

A little behind on the update, but that art is amazing! I'm so pumped for this next expansion!

Sky Scraper is looking to be one of my new favorites. Haven't even gotten to PT her yet, but just how she looks as a character makes me happy. I like that she punches jovially.

Sky-Scraper is lots of fun.  She is pushing to be my favorite character.

Haven't actually tried her yet. Cosmic was fun though, especially when paired with someone else in particular.
