Ok, this is going to be the first time that I'm going to back up something on Kickstarter. I started clicking, but I'm kind of lost on how the whole thing works.

First, I want to kickstart the new expansion of course. But I also want to add some 'a la carte' items. The first page however, does not give a checkbox for any a la carte items. I haven't gone through all the hoops yet, but is there any point in the hoop chain where I can add some specific a la carte items?

Secondly, I want to pick it all up at Essen in 2013. When and how exactly will I be able to check this option in the kickstarter process? After a few clicks I still haven't seen this option anywhere?

Val,

Pledge the right amount. Then at the end of the Kickstarter, >G will send a survey out to confirm all the a la carte items people want, as well as things like Essen pckup. So no need to worry until the end of November. Tht's also when they finally charge your card so make sure the funds are there.

Ah thanks, I stopped clicking, because the whole thing seemed confusing. Now I know everything will be all right :D

Yup, the Backer Survey is where all the magic will happen (and, on the off chance that doesn't clear things up, I'll send you an email asking you details about what you want - fortunately though, that was super rare last time, and I don't expect it to come up often this time either)

How much will I need to back up to get the new extension and the 2 old promo (Unity and Ambuscade) ? 30 or 40 $ ?

$40. $30 for the expansion and $5 for each of the decks.
