Shadowrift 2nd Edition

Shadowrift is a game I've played many times with my gaming group, it's a fun cooperative deck building game. It recently had a kickstarter for an expansion and now has one for a 2nd edition of the base game. The 2nd edition will make it possible for the game to have more expansions. One big change is instead of the monsters killing off a specific person in town, they'll go after a certain type/class of townfolk, which opens the game up to add more. It's also getting a complete overhaul on the card design and artwork.

I've had shadowrift for a while.  Really fun and difficult co-op.  When they announced the kickstarter for the expansion I jumped right on it without a second thought.  After the way game salute has run it, I won't be backing anything else even though I'd love a second edition.  I'll wait until retail.  If anyone gets the chance though, I really recommend giving shadowrift a chance.
